September marks National Sickle Cell Awareness Month and Child Cancer Awareness Month, both of which provide valuable opportunities to discover more about the nonprofits dedicated to these important causes. One such organization is Kids Rock Cancer, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit therapeutic music program offered through Maryville University that provides services to children of any age and changes lives – one song at a time.
